Order Processing

Our products are in stock unless stated made to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days

Processing time does not include delivery time

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or bank holidays

Once your order has been dispatched we will send you a confirmation email.

Delivery Method

We ship all orders using Royal Mail

We will use a tracked service and the service provided will depend on order value.

Delivery prices are shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Royal mail delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed

Tracked services are generally delivered within 2-3 business days

Special delivery services are normally delivered next working day when an order as been dispatched before 1pm

Please note delays in services can happen at busy times (such as Christmas) or due to circumstances out of our control.

Shipping costs

Our shipping costs are based on order value.

For orders between £0-£99.99 a flat rate of £4.99 will be charged regardless of size or weight of package.

For orders over £100 we offer complimentary shipping so no charge will be incurred.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot be responsible for:

Orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address

Additional postage costs for re-sending returned items

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has been lost or delayed:

Please allow up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before contacting us

We will assist with Royal Mail enquiries where we can

Refunds or replacements for lost item will be handled inline with Royal Mail's investigation processes.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us on pablo_3d_2026@outlook.com within 2 days of receiving the delivery please include:

order number

clear photo of the damage, including the delivery packaging

We will do our best to resolve this issue quickly
