These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of goods by Pablo3D ("we", "us" & "our) through the website www.pablo3d.co.uk ("the website"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We are a family run independent business selling 3D printed Homeware products. Designs we use hold a full commercial licence and come with rights for us to sell.
Products
All products are designed and manufactured using 3D printed technology.
Due to the nature of this process:
Minor variations in colour, texture and finish may occur.
Layer lines and small surface imperfections are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.
Where possible we will use the same brand and type of filament to limit these variants.
Product Images are for illustrative purposes only. We do use AI technology to create the background for these However all products contained in these images are of that we have printed ourselves. Colours may vary depending on screen settings.
Our products are intended for decorative or light household use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. We suggest outdoor items are not placed in direct sunlight or left out in adverse weather conditions. Our products are not suitable to be used with food, dishwasher safe, microwave safe or exposure to high heat unless clearly specified.
Our products are not designed to be used by children or pets
Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.
Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
Pricing & Payment
All pricing is listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable unless stated otherwise.
Delivery costs are shown at checkout and are charged in addition to the product price. Unless the price threshold is met to qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are subject to change should weights, package sizes or courier changes occur. Where ever possible we will let you know in advance of these changes.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered at checkout.
Returns are offered in conjunction with our return policy and can be subject to your own cost.
Warranties
All products are provided "as is" We make no guarantees regarding longevity, performance, or suitability for a specific purpose beyond normal household use.
Postage
We send out all deliveries where possible by Royal Mail, using a tracked method. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days but delivery times are estimates only.
We are not responsible for:
Delays caused by postal services/ couriers
Incorrect addresses provided by you
Lost or stolen parcels once marked as delivered.
Postage costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
Limitation of Liability
To fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care or normal wear & tear
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded

All website content, images and text are the property of Pablo3D and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Changes to products or terms
We reserve the right to:
Modify or discontinue products at any time.
Update these terms & Conditions without prior notice
Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts
